Shipping Process
Domestic shipping across UAE:
- After you place an order on Ibizileña.com, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it.
- Delivery in Dubai: we provide next-day delivery orders places before 1 PM (Monday to Friday), Delivery to other Emirates: up to 2/3 working days.
- Next Day Delivery orders placed on Fridays (after 1:00 PM), Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday. All orders placed on Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- To keep you informed about the progress of your order, we will send further email notifications as we dispatch your goods, which will include our courier tracking numbers.
- The Courier will contact you to your telephone number to confirm delivery time. If you do not have a local phone number of the country you are ordering from, please contact us on our email to arrange delivery to pick up point (Aramex).
- Package will be delivered at the arranged time, and a signature will be required upon receipt of goods.
- If the delivery is not possible (a customer doesn’t answer the phone, not available, etc.), then the courier will attempt twice again in the following days before returning the goods.
- In this case of a failed delivery, our Team will contact you and offer to pick up or schedule a new delivery.
Returns
At Ibizileña.com, we understand that shopping online can be a leap of faith. That’s why we offer a hassle-free refund policy on all products purchased online within 14 days if your item is unused, unwashed, with hygienic liner and in its original packaging. By upholding these standards, we ensure that you get nothing but perfect products that meet your expectations. Simply contact us via our Instagram @ibizilena or through our website to initiate your return, and we’ll guide you every step of the way!
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the return was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded by the same method of payment used for the original purchase. The refund will be processed within 10 business days after the item is inspected and has been confirmed to be in unused condition.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless there’s a clear defect or issue due to our fault.
